Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how FlowLoad ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our software and website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in via our passwordless verification flow, we collect your email address to deliver a secure, one-time passcode (OTP) for authentication and to manage your user account.

Payment Information: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card number, CVV, or banking details on our servers. Stripe provides us with confirmation of payment and limited transactional metadata (such as payment status and currency) solely to activate and manage your Pro subscription status.

Usage Data: We track the number of downloads performed by each account to enforce fair-use limits, detect abuse, and improve service performance. This data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Website Analytics: When you visit https://flowload.uk, we collect anonymized analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics, including approximate country location, session duration, pages viewed, and browser type. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage & Security

Your personal data is stored on our dedicated servers. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted HTTPS transport (TLS), token-based authentication (JWT), and hashed credential storage to protect your information at rest and in transit.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active, or as required by law. If you request account deletion, we will permanently erase your personal data within 30 days.

4. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
