FlowLoad is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to FlowLoad at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our service. Upon termination, your license to use FlowLoad immediately ceases and any outstanding Pro subscription benefits will be forfeited without refund.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the FlowLoad service at any time, including introducing new subscription tiers, changing download limits, or retiring features. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any significant changes where reasonably practicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
